Forged carbon is a new advanced material with exciting technical features. It is obtained from mixed chunks of carbon fibers, submerged into resin and cooked at high pressure and temperature. Fibers reflect light in different directions according to the angle of view for a fascinating visual effect of bringing the dial and the bezel to life.
The new 42mm case made of 316L stainless steel retains the typical look of Nereide and is enriched by new details, such as beveled edges with a contrasting polished finishing, that makes its shape even more interesting and complex. The PVD plating gives the case a gorgeous gumetal shade, perfectly harmonized with the other elements in forged carbon.
