Pre-Order Policy
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve an item that is not yet physically available in our warehouse but is currently in production. Delivery times for pre-orders differ from standard shipping times and are indicated on the product page and/or collection page. Since these products are still in production, the dates shown are estimates and may be subject to change. We will promptly update the information in case of delays.
Before finalizing your order, please check whether the product you selected is available for immediate shipment or offered on pre-order. Once your order is confirmed, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with your order number.
Can I change a pre-order?
It is possible to request a change of model within the same pre-order collection. Our staff will verify the availability of the requested version and get back to you as soon as possible. Once the item has been shipped, no further changes can be made.
Can I combine in-stock items and pre-order items?
Yes. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship the available items first according to our usual shipping times. A second shipment will follow once the pre-ordered product is ready.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
- Pre-orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours from the time of purchase. The refund will be issued immediately after confirmation of cancellation.
- After this period, cancellation prior to delivery is no longer possible. This is because pre-orders are used to plan and schedule production: once the production lot has been confirmed, materials and resources are allocated based on the number of orders collected. Late cancellations could otherwise cause disruptions or delays to the entire production process.
- In any case, Customers retain the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable EU law.
When will I receive my refund if I cancel?
- If you cancel within 24 hours, the refund will be issued immediately after confirmation of cancellation.
- If you exercise your right of withdrawal after delivery, the refund will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned product.
Can I return a pre-ordered product after it has been delivered?
Yes. You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, following the standard return procedure.
