On March, 8th 2022, our CEO Alberto Morelli has been included in the Top 100 Forbes Under 30, the special list drawn up by Forbes Italia magazine which features young Italian entrepreneurs and professionals under 30: talents who are worth keeping an eye on!
As a watchmaking company, making it into this peculiar ranking is a recognition of the effort made in these years by Venezianico team, which is represented by our CEO and founder Alberto.
In fact, it is not for everyone to start from scratch in an industry born 300 years ago, which is not one of the traditional sectors of excellence of Italian manufacturing. This was made possible by an innovative business strategy, that goes beyond the long-established business model of the watch industry.
It leverages an omnichannel approach to distribution that reconciles the needs of physical retailers with the logic of the online market, without forcing them into competition. This comes in addition to a supply chain of international partners chosen for their experience in working with Swiss watchmakers. This enables us to offer a level of quality in line with the standard adopted by industry leaders, for an affordable price.
Finally, our watches draw inspiration from some of the most important symbols of Venice. This way they convey a multiplicity of messages and values (pioneering spirit, cosmopolitanism, refinement) in which it is easy to relate to even in modern times.
Today, Venezianico is a thriving company. We want to attract new talents to continue on the path of design innovation, which led us to register our Nereide Ultraleggero dial and our new steel bracelet for IP protection. We are strongly committed to explore new channels to tell our story and showcase our products, aiming to the top of Italian watchmaking.
